Our app uses Google Gemini, a third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service provided by Google LLC, to power its image and video generation features.


What data is sent: When you use AI-powered features (such as generating images or videos), the following data you provide is sent to Google LLC (Gemini API) to process your request and generate results:

* Text prompts and descriptions you enter

* Images you upload or select

* Videos you upload for processing


Purpose of data sharing: This data is sent solely to generate AI-powered images and videos based on your input. This data is not used by us or Google for advertising or marketing purposes.


Third-party recipient: Your content is processed by Google LLC via the Gemini API. Google handles this data under its own Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy


Google provides equivalent or greater privacy protections for data processed through its Gemini API.


- User Consent:- We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency. Before any data is sent to Google LLC (Gemini API), we request your explicit consent within the app. You will be clearly informed that your data will be shared with Google LLC, and you will have the option to accept or decline. If you choose not to provide consent, AI-related features will not be available, but all other app features will remain accessible.


- Data Collection and Usage:- We may collect the following types of data when you use our app:

* User-provided content (such as text prompts, images, or videos)

* Device and usage information (such as device type, IP address, and app interactions)


This data is used to:

* Provide and improve app functionality

* Process user requests and generate AI-based images and videos

- Data Retention:- User input data (such as images, videos, and prompts) is processed temporarily to generate results and is not stored permanently by us or Google after processing is complete. Data is deleted after your request is fulfilled. We do not retain this data unless required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

What Face Data We Collect

- Our app processes facial feature data only from photos or videos that users upload or capture within the app. This data is used solely to apply filters, effects, or AI-based transformations. We do not collect or store facial recognition templates or biometric identifiers.

Use of Face Data

- The collected face data is used only to generate visual effects (such as face swapping, filters, or AI transformations). It is never used for user identification, authentication, marketing, or analytics.

Storage and Retention

- Face data is temporarily stored on our own secure servers only for the purpose of processing user content.

  • The data is automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is complete.

  • We do not retain face data beyond this period for any purpose.

  • We do not permanently store any user images or face data.

Why Face Data is Temporarily Stored

- Face data is stored only to process and generate the user’s requested image or video. Once the result is delivered, the data is deleted automatically.

Do We share the information we collect with third parties?

- We share user-provided content (such as text prompts, images, and videos) with Google LLC (Gemini API) when you use AI-powered generation features, subject to your explicit consent. Full details are provided in the Use of AI Services and Data Sharing section below.

- We may share both personal and non-personal information with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others whose products or services may interest you. Additionally, we might share this information with our affiliated companies and business partners. If we undergo a merger, asset sale, or similar business reorganization, your information might be shared or transferred to our successors. 

- We also work with trusted third-party service providers who perform various services on our behalf, such as server hosting, database management, email handling, credit card processing, customer service, and order fulfillment. We may share your personal data with these service providers so they can perform their duties for us and for you. 

- For analytics purposes, we may share certain log file data, such as IP addresses, with third parties like web analytics partners, application developers, and ad networks. These third parties may use this data to determine location, connection speed, device type, and other technical information about how you interact with our service.

User Control and Deletion

- Users can permanently delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app cache. No face data remains stored on our servers or devices after processing is completed.

Media Files

  • Metadata (such as geotags) is automatically removed to protect your privacy.

Face Data

  • Facial feature data may be collected solely for providing functionalities such as face recognition, face-swapping, or facial analysis.

  • Face data is used only during the editing session and never for other purposes.

Retention of Face Data

  • Face data may be temporarily stored on secure servers during processing but is permanently deleted within 24 hours after the session ends.

  • Media files remain on your device and can be deleted by you at any time.

  • We do not share facial data with any third parties.
